Healthy Kids Dental/MIChild Dentist Directory

To locate a dentist in your area, please complete the following information. Results are sorted in two ways.

  1. Street Address and ZIP Code: The results are sorted from closest to furthest (in driving time) to the address entered. Entering a street address and ZIP code will give more precise results.

  2. ZIP Code: Results are presented randomly to give all participating dentists a fair opportunity to be contacted.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a directory of licensed Michigan dentists who have signed contracts to provide professional services under Delta Dental. It is not to be considered a recommendation that a particular dentist be consulted for professional care.

In order for services to be covered, Healthy Kids Dental/MIChild subscribers must receive treatment from a dentist that participates in Delta Dental's Healthy Kids Dental/MIChild program. Treatment performed by a dentist who does not participate in Delta Dental's Healthy Kids Dental/MIChild program will not be covered.
