The Client Admin has the ability to change the password for BMT users in the Client Admin area of the navigation.
In the Client Admin menu, click the Manage User tab..
The Manage User screen appears. Click on the
Manage User link for the BMT user you wish to edit.
Click Reset Password.
Enter a password in the Password
field. Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and the first and last character cannot be numeric. It must also:
have at least one uppercase character
have at least one lowercase character
have at least one special character
have at least one numeric character
Re-type the password in the Confirm
Password field.
Click the Update
button to go to the verification screen or Cancel to return to the Manage Userscreen.
