To register for Benefit Manager Toolkit (BMT), the Client BMT Admin will receive a notification email containing an authorization code. Once you receive the email, finish the validation process by logging onto BMT with the authorization code, your email address,
client and subclient information. If the authorization code matches the information provided, the Client BMT Admin account will be unlocked and able to set up BMT
users for that client.
To begin, click on the link provided in the noticication email.
Step 1 of 2:
Enter the Authorization Codereceived in your notification email in the form field.
Enter your Email Address in the form field
Enter the Client and SubClient in
the fields provided.
In the Member Type field, select Subscriber or Spouse.
Click the Next
button.
If you lose your authorization code, you will need to contact Group Administration.
Step 2 of 2:
Create a Username.
The username must be 5 to 25 characters in length. If you forget your username, you will
need to contact Customer Service.
Create a Password.
Re-type the password in the Confirm
Password field.
Choose your Secret Question. You may select from the following:
What is your mother's maiden name?
What is your favorite pets name?
What state were you born in?
What is your favorite color?
Select the Register button. The registration
process is complete. You will see a message confirming the user account was created.
Select the Click to Login link to sign on to Benefit Manager Toolkit.
