Some groups elect to assign an alternate Client Assigned Identification number (CAID), to their members; if this is your case, use that assigned number.
You may use either your subscriber SSN or CAID (if assigned) to register for Consumer Toolkit or to identify yourself as an enrollee when you visit your dentist.
