Claim Information
Details of a claim such as the Claim Type, Claim Status, Receipt Date, Procedure Code, can be found by searching a claim's history.
- Select from the menu. The Search Claims History screen appears. See Search Claims History to learn more about claim information.
- To print a copy of the Explanation of Benefit, simply select the Print Preview link, and select the print icon to print the PDF
